Earning this award for the second time is a testament to the company’s continual dedication to positive employee experience. In 2022, 93% of employees said Yooz is a great place to work.

Great Place to Work® highlights exceptional organizations that encompass work-life balance, company culture and ethical senior management practices. To determine the companies deserving of the recognition, the global organization distributes research-backed surveys and cultural questionnaires to solicit anonymous employee feedback for analysis. Companies with the Great Place to Work Certification™ are those that prove they consistently ensure their team members have a dependable and inclusive work environment.

According to Great Place to Work Research, 95% of employees believe reputation is a fundamental requirement when researching and applying for a job.
