London-based residency club, The Other House, has partnered with Yooz to simplify its accounts payable process into Sage Intacct

 

The Other House is pioneering a new hospitality concept that is shaped through a residential lens rather than a conventional hotel approach. Located in South Kensington, the experience offers guests the perfect city spot they can call their “other house”, no matter how long they stay.

 

Ashley Slinger, Senior Finance Manager at The Other House, started a year before the opening to build a proper internal financial process. After conducting extensive research, Ashley Slinger,  selected Yooz as its AP automation solution to address its financial reliability, integration, and user experience needs.

With Yooz, invoices emailed from suppliers are now automatically recorded, analysed, and processed for payment within The Other House’s Sage Intacct accounting system without any need for human intervention.

 
The Other House set approval workflows for the different entities. A setting they did themselves and which brings them now a clear visibility into the status of invoices within the approval process.
