François Lacas is a graduate of the KEDGE business school in France, Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management – IAE, and the Lund University School of Economics and Management in Sweden.
A seasoned executive, he has served in several major corporations including Orange, Talend, Informatica, and the Wallix Group. During his time at ITESOFT, he held several senior level positions and wasresponsible for the design, launch, and management of the first French AP automation software. He joined Yooz as Deputy COO in 2018 and was named joint NORAM Deputy COO and CMO in 2022.

Laurent Charpentier received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from INSA Lyon.
Prior to joining Yooz, Laurent served as Solution Lead Architect and Security Lead Consultant for Accenture, and was Business Analyst for Dell Inc.Since 2016, he has been Yooz NORAM COO and CIO and became Yooz CEO in 2022 to lead the next growth momentum.
