Yooz and Align ENT + Allergy

 

When Align ENT + Allergy was established in December 2022, the two-person accounting team, consisting of CFO Nicolas Roberts and Director of FP&A Greg Finn, faced immediate challenges. They had to rapidly integrate three clinics however these clinics lacked accounting-ready teams. “It’s hard to scale a business when you’re not utilizing your resources effectively because of a lack of automation,” Finn explained. “So, in my first week, we looked at integrating an effective solution.”
